If you want to be in our business, this is where you want to be!
Our Internship Programs
We do internships a few different ways. Our programs are a partnership between department supervisors, human resources, and students. Having quality programs is a vital part to the future growth of our organization. It’s our introduction to the next generation of storymakers. There are a few ways to intern here:
The Turner Internship Program
Our “traditional” (or college-ish) program is designed to provide on-the-job experience for current students and recent graduates. We don’t want you making coffee runs for people – we want your help editing the next reel, drafting the next story, and creating the next “wow.”

Diversity is not just a word.
We partner with wonderful organizations to introduce us to talented students. Working with organizations like the Emma Bowen Foundation, Posse, Prep for Prep, Executive Leadership Council, Hispanic Scholarship Fund, IRTS, and the T. Howard Foundation is essential to fuel our diversity. As a company, we want our employees to reflect the audiences we serve, but more than that we want our workplace to teem with ideas that come from different places and faces. It’s a business imperative.

Intern Leadership Opportunities
Turner interns are eligible to apply for a position on our Intern Leadership Council. On the council, you’ll work directly with our campus recruiting team to advise on the program and gain additional leadership exposure through event and program management.

Baylee Johnson

FAQs
All who wish to be considered for an open internship must apply online at www.turnerjobs.com. You will need to submit a current resume. If you have a website or link to relevant examples of your school work or previous work products, please provide a link to that on your resume.
We do! Please ensure that as an international student you have the proper work authorization for an internship prior to applying.
For our “traditional” college-ish internship program, you must be a current student or recent graduate (no more than 6 months) of an educational program. College/university students who are rising juniors and seniors are generally targeted by hiring managers due to their experience, but competitive freshman and sophomores are also considered.
For T3 Program, we consider those who are no more than two years post graduation. For our other post-graduate programs, please review the individual posting requirements.
“College-ish” is Turner’s way of recognizing that students come from a variety of different places in their education and life. It can be a two-year program, four-year program, or certification. We want to be as open to your potential as you are.
Please see the program dates above.
